A little about me...
Hi there! I’m Suzanne — the heart and hands behind Handcrafted by Suz, a cozy Cottage Kitchen Bakery rooted in faith, family, and good old-fashioned homemade goodness, right here in Early, Texas.
Baking has always been my love language and a way I serve others. Guided by my faith and inspired by family traditions, I create food meant to gather people around the table and slow life down just a little. From sweet and savory Tex-Czech kolaches (koláče) and traditional Czech breads to soft sandwich loaves, brownies, cookies, and shelf-stable treats, everything I make is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention.
Many of my recipes are inspired by generations before me — the kind that remind you of home, Sunday kitchens, and sharing something special with the people you love. Alongside baked goods, I also offer handcrafted seasoning blends and kitchen staples, made without shortcuts and designed to bring comforting, bold flavor to everyday meals.

Online ordering is open Sunday thru Wednesday for Saturday pick up/delivery
Also, I have a little booth at Shaw's Marketplace in Brownwood if you would rather go there and pick up some yumminess. I change it out at least weekly.
Please remember, I DO NOT ship food items. I sell locally, and you can pick up from me, meet somewhere in town, or I can deliver!!
